  • The Mind charity in the Vale required a complete refresh of their social media presence. Their channels lacked consistency, a defined tone of voice, and alignment with national Mind branding, limiting audience engagement and impact.

  • Over a three-month consultancy project, I led a full social media revamp. This included:

    • Auditing existing content and platform performance

    • Aligning messaging with Mind national brand guidelines

    • Developing a clear, audience-appropriate tone of voice framework

    • Creating content pillars and a structured posting strategy
