As a Miss Wales finalist, Hope Shakespeare launched the RISE campaign to raise awareness of student loneliness—but needed support to gain media attention, build credibility, and reach the right audiences beyond social media.

The Mind charity in the Vale required a complete refresh of their social media presence. Their channels lacked consistency, a defined tone of voice, and alignment with national Mind branding, limiting audience engagement and impact.

Over a three-month consultancy project, I led a full social media revamp. This included:
Auditing existing content and platform performance
Aligning messaging with Mind national brand guidelines
Developing a clear, audience-appropriate tone of voice framework
Creating content pillars and a structured posting strategy
Designing and producing branded social media assets (templates, graphics, and post formats) to ensure consistency
